Correction Of Raw Material Grinder Pinion

After the large ring gear is being corrected, the Raw Material Grinder pinion device is placed in accordance with the drawing requirements. The level of the Raw Material Grinder pinion is re-tested by the water level meter. If necessary, the horn is replaced to adjust the level. Use the feeler gauge to find the top clearance and the backlash of the tooth, and install the diaphragm coupling, the main reducer, the auxiliary transmission device, and the main reducer lubrication station.

Grouting the anchor bolts of the Raw Material Grinder pinion device once. After the grouting strength reaches 70% of the design strength, the auxiliary ring grinding is used to re-test the large ring gear beat, and then the fine correction of the Raw Material Grinder pinion can be started.

Most of the scenes use the feeler gauge and red dan powder to detect the contact condition of the gear. There is no basis for the adjustment of this test method. The adjustment of the bearing seat can only be determined by experience. It takes time and effort to adjust. In contrast, the lead wire method can accurately calculate the amount of each adjustment, which is more accurate and saves installation time.

Before aligning, you need to use lead wire to make the measuring tool shown in Figure 7. The left tool is used to measure the backlash and the right tool is used to measure the top gap. Set 12 sets of top wires in the pinion bearing housing 1~12 position, and set 8 square dials in the 1~8 position, as shown in Figure 8.

If there is no error in the machining of the large and small gears, the indexing circle should be tangent when installed, and the head clearance should be 1/4 of the gear modulus. Considering the machining error caused by the hob wear and the floating amount relative to the static state when the Raw Material Grinder is running, in order to avoid the occurrence of the tooth back when the gear is running, it is recommended to increase the head clearance by 1.5 to 2.5 mm during installation. This value can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site. The backlash requirements are shown in Table 2.

On the basis of meeting the above requirements, the larger the top clearance and the back clearance, the better the deviation of the side clearance on both sides of the gear is mm0.1mm, and the deviation of the top clearance on both sides of the gear is mm0.3mm. 8 points are measured once a week, and 5 points are sufficient.

The position is measured with reference to Figure 5, and the measurement order is:

When adjusting the headspace, refer to the 5~8 position dial gauge reading to adjust the top wire at 1~4; when adjusting the backlash, refer to the 1~8 position dial gauge reading and increase or decrease the adjusting gasket under the bearing seat. After the lead wire method is used to complete the correction, it is necessary to re-measure the contact condition of the meshing surface of the large and small gears with blue or red powder. The contact area is required to be not less than 40% of the tooth height and 50% of the tooth width, and both sides of the gear. The contact should be uniform and no single-sided contact is allowed, otherwise further adjustments are required.
